Sun goes down on my head

People walking by while I

Feel you’re breathe my hair

Thank you for this greater life

 

Far away, a coyote

Sings a lonely, cheerless song

But we’re not lonely, you and me

We both know that he is wrong

Some time ago

We were making such a noise

Now words like love

Have come back to our minds

And we can bind them

In such a lot of rhymes

 

To see you smiling makes me glad
